VIDEO - Elderly Woman Abused By Home Care Worker Houston, TX - On January 1, 2017, at approximately 8:00 p.m., Home Health Care provider, Brenda Floyd, was assisting an elderly patient/victim in the 800 block of Oak Valley Dr., in Houston, TX. The victim was seen feeding her dog "people" food, which upset Brenda Floyd. Brenda Floyd began striking the victim numerous times on her side as well as to the back of her head. Fugitive Brenda Floyd is described as a white female with black hair and brown eyes. Floyd is approximately 5'2" tall and weighs appox 215 lbs.
